Fabulously Fit Smart Watch Charging cable

Needed a new charger for my childs 4G Smart Watch. I cannot find a charger for this watch anywhere. I tried phoning the company and no one answers the phone. I emailed and no one responded. Then I ended up buying the charger directly from the site. There are no different charger options to choose from. The image of the charger looked exactly like the charger we have, but once it arrived it does not fit, the connection points are a lot closer than showed on the image. The children's smart watch doesn't specify 38mm of 42mm etc. So you would assume buying it directly from the company that supplies the watch that the charger would be correct especially if the image looks exactly like the one I have. But the 2 small silver connection points are a lot closer than the one on the image. And they specifically say that they do not refund the charger. I can't find a charger that fits this children's watch anywhere and I've been to probably 10 places, so if your charger is busted you might as well throw away the watch. Very frustrating and very disappointing. And money (plus R150 for shipping) wasted to buy a charger that I have no use for.
